At Denman Island Coffee Company, these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of our coffee products. By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our site or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products and Orders

  • We offer roasted coffee beans and related products for sale online.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping and Delivery​

  • We ship across Canada the U.S. and internationally.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

 

We strive to provide high-quality coffee, but if you are not satisfied:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds or exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Due to the nature of our product (consumable goods), we generally cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on our website—including logos, images, product descriptions, and text—is the property of Denmand Island Coffee Company and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denman Island Coffee Company will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
